Hi YieldingYonder! I’m so sorry about your lost phone - that’s such a stressful situation! Honestly, IMEI tracking is pretty much limited to law enforcement and your carrier, so I’d start by filing a police report and contacting your provider right away. What worked for us was setting up location tracking before anything happens - I use Eyezy on my teens’ phones, and it’s saved us a couple times when they’ve misplaced devices since I can just log in and see exactly where the phone is!
