The app itself shows active status if you’re connected with them, but that requires being Facebook friends or having them accept your Messenger request - which, let’s be honest, most teens aren’t jumping to do with their parents.
Eyezy and similar apps usually focus more on capturing the actual conversations and activity logs rather than live status indicators. Honestly, that’s been more useful for me anyway - knowing what they’re talking about beats knowing they were online at 11:47pm on a Tuesday.
