Famisafe goes deeper into actual phone monitoring - screen time, app blocking, web filtering, that kind of thing. More control over what they’re doing on the device itself.
Really depends what you’re after. I needed more than just GPS dots on a map since my kid’s old enough to be online unsupervised half the time. Life360’s easier to set up and less “Big Brother” if you just want peace of mind about location.
