Hi allison35! I totally understand your concerns — my 16-year-old is pretty tech-savvy too, so I was nervous about the same thing when I started using Eyezy about a year ago. What worked for us was that on iPhone, it really does stay hidden pretty well since there’s no app icon, and I haven’t had any complaints about battery drain or performance issues. The only thing is you do need to set it up through iCloud, so if your teen is the type to dig around in settings regularly, just make sure you’re comfortable with that conversation if it comes up!
