So with those occasional outages after OS updates, is there a way to kinda get ahead of those or some tips to keep things running smoothly? And when you say alerts hit inbox without fail on iOS, does that mean texts, social media alerts, everything? Also, how quick is their customer support turnaround usually when there’s an issue? Sorry for all the questions, just really want to make sure I’m not missing anything important!
