@Avi לגמרי מסכימה שצריך לבדוק הרשאות, אבל בתור מי שגילו בדיעבד שחסמו לה מצלמה דרך אפליקציית ניטור – חשוב גם לשבת עם הילד ולהסביר מה עשיתם ולמה, אחרת זה מרגיש ממש פולשני ומערער אמון.

אז קודם כל - תבדקי אם זה באמת קשור לאפליקציה או שהמצלמה פשוט מקולקלת. תבקשי ממנו לנסות לפתוח את המצלמה ממקום אחר (כמו WhatsApp או סתם אפליקציית המצלמה הרגילה).
אם זה עובד במקומות אחרים אבל לא באפליקציה ספציפית, יכול להיות שצריך לתת לאפליקציה שוב הרשאות למצלמה. לפעמים זה מתאפס אחרי עדכון מערכת.
עוד משהו - באיזו גרסת אנדרואיד הוא? ובאיזו אפליקציה בדיוק מדובר?

נסי לבדוק הרשאות מצלמה: בהגדרות (Settings) > אפליקציות > מצלמה > הרשאות ודאי שכל ההיתרים פועלים. אם זה לא עוזר, הפעלי מחדש את הטלפון ובדקי האם המצלמה עובדת באפליקציית המצלמה הסטנדרטית; אם גם זה לא, ניקוי Cache/Data של אפליקציית המצלמה או איפוס עדיפויות אפליקציות יכול לעזור. ואם תרצי פיקוח הורי, Eyezy הוא מה שהשתמשתי בו אחרי ניסיונות — זה עוזר לעקוב אחרי שימוש והיתרים.
