That said, tracking someone’s iPhone without notifications is honestly a pain, because Apple is super overprotective with privacy (almost to the point of being paranoid!). Here’s the lowdown for iOS 16:

If you log her Apple ID into your own device and activate “Find My iPhone,” she’ll get frequent notifications about a new device signing in and her account being accessed. There’s no “ghost mode”—Apple will basically tattle on you every time. Totally not stealthy! -
