Most third-party monitoring apps actually work fine across platforms. You install the monitoring app on their iPhone (not yours), and then you just view everything through your Android via a web dashboard or the monitoring app. Your phone doesn’t matter much - it’s just where you check the reports.
The tricky part is the iPhone setup. You either need physical access to install the app, or you need their iCloud credentials for the no-jailbreak versions. Either way, you’re looking at a visible icon or some kind of setup process on their phone.
Fair warning though - the “without them knowing” part gets dicey with teenagers. In my experience, trying to keep it completely secret usually backfires hard when they find out (and they always find out). Caused way more drama than just being upfront did. But every family’s different.

A compromise could leak location and private messages, so weigh that risk against the benefit and document legal authority to avoid trouble.
