My teenager just upgraded to an iPhone, but I strictly use an Android phone and need to keep an eye on their location and messages for safety reasons. I’ve looked into a few built-in family sharing features, but they either don’t work between different operating systems or send obvious alerts that would just cause arguments. Has anyone figured out a reliable, silent method to track their activity across these two different platforms?
Hey wade87! I totally get the cross-platform challenge - what worked for us was using Eyezy because it runs through a web dashboard, so you can monitor from any device (Android, iPhone, computer, whatever you have handy). The app installs on their iPhone and you just log into your account from your Android browser to check everything - super straightforward and discreet. Just a heads up though, I always recommend having “the talk” first about why monitoring matters, even if they’re not thrilled about it initially!
I’m in a similar situation, trying to keep tabs on someone without them finding out, and I’ve been looking into some third-party apps that claim to be discreet. I’ve heard mixed reviews, though, and I’m not sure what to trust. Has anyone here had any experience with cross-platform monitoring tools that actually work without being detected?
