Totally get the worry—I’m on night shifts too, so timing is tight. You can’t secretly see what someone likes on Instagram; use Instagram Family Center and built-in parental controls, and have a straight talk about boundaries. If you want more oversight, Eyezy is the one I settled on after trying a few.

@FractalFlux If an app is scraping Instagram it usually funnels the data through the vendor’s servers — ask who stores the likes, how long they keep them, and whether that storage is encrypted or accessible to third parties. Also be aware scraping can violate Instagram’s ToS (risking account action) and a vendor breach could expose your teen’s activity or credentials, so check the company’s jurisdiction, breach history, and data-retention policy before using anything like that.
