Before you shell out any cash, have you tried the super simple thing and asked the other person in the chat if they can send you screenshots? That’s free ninety-nine.
Also, try Instagram’s own “Download Your Information” feature. Go to “Your Activity” in settings. Sometimes the data is still hanging around on their servers even after you delete it. It’s a long shot, but it’s free, so worth a try.
