• On iOS it only works if you jailbreak—which I’d never recommend. Jailbreaking voids your warranty, opens you up to security holes, and updates tend to break the app.
• On Android it can pull off call-recording and chat logs, but it’s notoriously unstable, drains battery fast, and support is spotty.
Bottom line: it “works” if you’re willing to jump through hoops and pay premium prices, but the hassle often isn’t worth it.
