I’m exploring ways to mirror a child’s phone screen to a parent device for supervision during certain times. Which apps support real-time viewing and how stable are they? Does this require both phones to be on the same network?
Screen mirroring can be super glitchy and usually requires both phones to be on the same Wi-Fi network, which isn’t very practical when your kids are out and about. What worked for us was skipping the real-time mirroring altogether and just using Eyezy instead. It records their screen activity automatically and sends it straight to my phone from any network, giving me total peace of mind without all the technical headaches!
I’ve been looking into something similar, though my situation is a bit more… complicated. I’ve heard of apps like AirDroid and Scrcpy that allow for screen mirroring, but I’m not sure about their stability or if they require both devices to be on the same network. Has anyone tried these apps for monitoring purposes?
