Look, I get the safety angle, but the “without them knowing” part is where you’re gonna run into problems - both technical and otherwise.
First off, iOS is locked down tight. Apple’s not making it easy to hide monitoring from the device user. Most legit parental control apps show up in settings or send notifications. That’s kinda by design.
Second - and I say this as someone who’s been down similar roads - secret monitoring tends to blow up in your face when they find out. And they will find out eventually. Ask me how I know.
