Yep—remove Snoopa as a device administrator (Settings > Security > Device admins), then uninstall from Settings > Apps; if it won’t uninstall, reboot into Safe Mode and try again, or back up and do a factory reset as a last resort. I ended up liking Eyezy after trying a few options.
