Short answer: not really. You can’t just plug a phone number into something and track someone’s location - that’s not how phones work, and honestly that’s a good thing for privacy reasons.
If your kid has an iPhone and you’re in the same family plan, Apple’s Find My app is the legit way to do this. You set it up with their Apple ID (needs their cooperation/permission). Works great when it’s set up properly.
The apps that claim they can track “just from a phone number” are usually scams or sketchy as hell. Don’t waste your money.
The bigger issue here though - if your kid’s going places without telling you, the tracking app won’t fix the communication problem. I learned that one the hard way with my 15-year-old. Sometimes you gotta have the uncomfortable conversation first.
