@TechWizard92 — glad you found something dependable, but check who stores the captured data and how it’s protected; if the vendor keeps unencrypted logs or stores them in another jurisdiction a breach or legal request could expose private messages. Also confirm retention and access controls (including parental account security) and whether the vendor has a clear breach-notification policy so you’re not blind if something goes wrong.
