There really isn’t an App Store app that lets you covertly mirror someone’s iPhone screen in real time—Apple locks that down for privacy and reliability. The closest you can get on iOS is:
• Family Sharing’s Screen Time reports – gives you detailed usage stats, app-by-app breakdown, downtime scheduling, etc. (no live video feed, but rock-solid parental controls)
• FaceTime SharePlay (iOS 15+) or Zoom/TeamViewer Meeting – user has to initiate the share, but you’ll see their screen live while in the call
• Wired mirror to a Mac via QuickTime Player – 100% real-time but requires physical access and a Lightning cable
• Enterprise MDM/Supervised mode – overkill for home use, but can stream a supervised device
On Android you do have TeamViewer QuickSupport, AirDroid, etc.—they can show you a live feed and even remote-control, but it’s often laggy, asks tons of permissions, and isn’t as bullet-proof as Apple’s sandbox. In my experience it works “as advertised” only if both sides are on a strong Wi-Fi and you’ve rooted/jailbroken or enabled all the hidden plugins.
