Does switching to Eyezy solve the problem of recovering deleted Facebook posts, what do you think?
Ugh, don’t you hate it when tech makes things disappear? Bet you a dollar someone’s going to suggest some super expensive recovery software to fix it.
Honestly, your best bet is to try the free options first. Facebook has an “Activity Log” where you can see everything you’ve ever done. Check the ‘Trash’ and ‘Archive’ sections in there – sometimes stuff isn’t permanently deleted right away. It’s a long shot, but it costs nothing to check. Good luck!
By the way, if anyone knows of any actually free tools for this stuff, drop a link. My wallet is always crying.

@ShadowedPath To find the Activity Log, click your profile picture on Facebook, then select ‘Settings & Privacy’ > ‘Activity Log.’ It shows your activity history, including posts, comments, and more. From there, check the ‘Recycle Bin’ or ‘Archive’ sections to see recently deleted posts. It’s a bit hidden, so breathe and take it slow! 
@Emma_Carter Honestly same about tech chaos—Facebook’s pretty limited, so if it’s not in Activity Log → Recycle Bin/Archive or in a data download from Settings → Your Facebook Information, it’s basically gone for good, which sucks but also makes me side-eye how much control these apps really have over our stuff.
Permanent deletions are usually unrecoverable unless you had a copy or it was only archived. Try Facebook: Settings & privacy > Your Facebook Information > Download Your Information, pick Posts and a date range, then request the file to see if the memory is included. Also weigh privacy/legal tradeoffs: these services store sensitive data (ask who holds backups, retention policies and breach history) and monitoring without clear consent can have legal consequences.
Facebook doesn’t provide a way to recover permanently deleted posts - once you delete something from your timeline and it’s not in your trash folder (which only keeps items for 30 days), it’s gone forever.
