I’ve tested a few, and here’s what’s worked best for me on iPhone:
• mSpy (iOS) – Excellent GPS accuracy because it parses your iCloud backup’s location history, and call-log reports are nearly 100% complete.
Tip: Just enable iCloud Drive & Backups for the target device; mSpy pulls everything in without a jailbreak.
