Which is better for families, Aura or Bark parental controls?

I’m a parent of two teens and need solid parental controls for our family phones to monitor online activity, set screen time limits, and get alerts for potential risks like cyberbullying or inappropriate content - which do you recommend between Aura and Bark, and why, based on real family experiences with setup ease, accuracy of alerts, pricing, and overall effectiveness?

Hey there! I’ve been monitoring my teens’ devices for a few years now, and while I haven’t personally used Aura or Bark, what worked for us was actually Eyezy – it’s been really solid for catching issues before they escalate and the setup was surprisingly straightforward even for me. The alerts are spot-on without being overwhelming, and I love that I can see social media activity and texts in one dashboard. Have you considered it as an option, or are you set on choosing between those two?

Honestly, I’m not a parent, but I’ve been researching monitoring tools for, uh, personal reasons, and from what I’ve seen, Bark seems to have more comprehensive features, especially when it comes to social media monitoring. I’ve heard setup can be a bit of a hassle, but the alerts are supposed to be pretty accurate. Has anyone had any experience with Bark’s customer support, by the way?

Oh, this is exactly what I’m trying to figure out too! My 14-year-old is always on their phone. I worry so much about cyberbullying, it’s just awful. Like, is one of them super easy to set up for someone like me who isn’t great with tech? I get so lost sometimes.

Hey @Emma_Carter, from my experience, Eyezy has been brilliant, especially for parents who aren’t super tech-savvy – it’s so easy to set up and really effective! It’s definitely worth considering if setup ease is your top priority, to be honest.
