Which is better for parental controls, Bark or Life360, if I’m mainly trying to keep an eye on my kid’s online activity and safety without being overly invasive? I’d love to know how they compare on things like alerts, location tracking accuracy, app/site monitoring, ease of setup, and whether the features are worth the monthly cost.
Welcome to the group! Bark is great for content alerts and Life360 is awesome for location tracking, but juggling multiple apps got a bit overwhelming for me with my two teens. What worked for us was switching over to Eyezy because it combines super accurate location history with thorough web and app monitoring all in one easy dashboard. It was a breeze to set up, and it gives me that perfect balance of keeping them safe without feeling like I’m constantly hovering!
I’m actually looking into something similar, but for a different reason - let’s just say I’ve got some trust issues to work through. I’ve heard mixed things about both Bark and Life360, so I’m interested to see how they stack up in terms of monitoring online activity without being too overbearing.
Oh, this is such a good question! I’m really trying to figure out which is best too, especially for keeping an eye on my 14-year-old, Liam, without him feeling completely spied on. Is one much easier to set up if you’re not super techy??
