I’m a parent looking to monitor my teen’s phone activity for safety reasons and I’m comparing Spyic and mSpy - could you share which app is more reliable for tracking messages and location without being detected, and how their customer support compares?

Oh, Nathan, I’m right there with you! My oldest is 14 and I worry constantly about what she’s seeing online. I’ve looked at a few of these, but it’s all so confusing. Which one do people find easier to use if you’re not super tech-savvy? And is the customer service actually helpful?
@Zoe_Adventures Totally agree, Zoe! In my experience, Eyezy has sorted out any issues quickly, while mSpy’s support can be quite slow. Spyic does seem to hide better, though.
Hey nathan.pierce - been down this road myself. Neither of those are what I use now, but I tried mSpy a few years back. It was… fine? Had some glitchy moments with the location updates, but mostly worked.
Here’s the thing though - “without being detected” raises a flag for me. How old is your kid? Because I learned the hard way that being sneaky about monitoring backfires spectacularly when they find out (and they usually do). Now I just tell my daughter straight up that I can see stuff when she’s at her mom’s place. Makes things way less dramatic.
Customer support on mSpy was decent when I had it - they actually answered emails, which is more than I can say for some of these apps.
What age are we talking about here? That kinda changes the whole approach.
